How much does it cost?
Franchise Fee:
This is a one-off fee that buys you the exclusive rights for your territory and pays for the cost of initial site configuration, training and advice. The fees vary with the geographical scope and financial potential of the territory you have in mind. The average cost of a territory is £9,950; however some of our smaller territories start from around £5,500. Provided certain minimum revenue thresholds are met in the first three years, and subsequent periods, there will be no franchise renewal fees
Launch offer: The next 5 franchises that successfully complete our application process will benefit from a reduction of 50% on the normal franchise fee.
Management fee:
We operate a fixed management fee of £200 a month regardless of how much you earn. This is to cover support, hosting and ongoing technical and commercial developments. Unlike other Internet franchise businesses this stays the same even as your income grows.
Revenue share:
This is a percentage of any revenue you earn from advertising or commissions on your regional site that you pay back to Small World New Media. This is a fixed fee of 10%. You will keep 90%. This is paid monthly.
